Strata and box works — The term “box works” refers to those large, vein-like formations. Are the box works (a) formerly buried rock with big vein fills?, (b) Igneous or clastic dikes? (c) injected by impact event? (d) other? Are the “strata” they cut actually stratified? What else can be said about them: igneous, or sedimentary?
