Curiosity: MAHLI scopes a rock dubbed Secure

Stopping on the road to Kimberley, Curiosity unlimbered MAHLI to check out a basaltic-appearing rock. Edit: the rock is dubbed Secure.

NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity acquired this image [at right] using its Mars Hand Lens Imager (MAHLI), located on the turret at the end of the rover’s robotic arm, on March 4, 2014, Sol 560 of the Mars Science Laboratory Mission, at 11:52:06 UTC.
