THEMIS Image of the Day, April 8, 2015. Today’s THEMIS image was taken using the infrared camera. Bright toned material is warmer than dark toned surfaces. Material has moved downslope from the top of this hill in Promethei Terra. The resultant lobe of material is called a debris flow deposit.
