MARCI weather report, May 11-17, 2015

There was a small uptick in local storm activity in the southern high latitudes of Mars last week. These transient storms were observed in the southern areas of Sirenum, Noachis, and Promethei. Local dust storms and optically thick water-ice clouds were spotted along the north polar seasonal ice cap edge throughout the week.
