Curiosity: Northern view and ridgeline

Six Navcam frames make a composite looking generally north over the lower slopes of Vera Rubin Ridge, the Murray Buttes, the Bagnold Dunes, and the floor of Gale Crater extending to the rim which is roughly 30 km (20 mi) away. (This view is in the opposite direction from the view seen here.)

Below is a Mastcam composite image of the slope and ridgeline that lie directly ahead of Curiosity. (Click either image to enlarge it.)
