Last week on Mars, a large dust storm swept over northern Acidalia during the first couple of sols. This dust storm quickly subsided and became a diffuse dust cloud north of Arabia. Towards the end of the week, subsequent dust storms were spotted north of Alba and Tempe. Looking to the southern highlands, Terra Cimmeria and the terrain northwest of Argyre experienced a couple local-scale dust storms. The activity near Argyre pushed north spilling dust into Eos Chasma, a southern canyon of Valles Marineris.
