HiRISE: Well-preserved 4-kilometer impact crater
Well-preserved 4-kilometer impact crater on the floor of Hellas Planitia. Why do we say “well-preserved?” Mainly due to the fact that the rim of the crater is still very visible. Beautiful Mars series.
