As Curiosity maneuvered on the southeast edge of the Kimberley outcrop, its left-side Navcam imaged the rock layers and above them part of Mount Remarkable, the largest of the three main mounds that flank Kimberley. It lies at the outcrop’s southern end. Off in the distance lie the foothills of Mount Sharp.
